How do we book you?
Fill out the Booking inquiry with details about your booking. Then I will reach out to you in 1-3 business days.
After we checked the date and you pay the 30% non-refundable reservation fee we are good to go.
I feel it important to meet, connect and plan with my clients before our session. If it ain't possible to meet face to face, it is also possible to schedule an online meeting.
What if I don't get a response
I reach out to all inquiries in 2-3 business days.
If you don't hear from me in that time please be kind and send me a new mail or contact me on social media @oscargronroos (IG/FB).
Something could have happened the mail or you filled out the wrong email by mistake so I can't contact you
How do you deliver your photos?
I make a private online gallery with the photos I carefully have chosen and edited. In the gallery you can choose which specific pictures you like.
Delivery time depends on the season, varying from 1-2 weeks with smaller galleries.
After a Wedding I will send you 10-15 sneak peek pictures day after the Wedding soo you can show all your friends and family on social media that you married the love of your life. Complete Wedding galleries are delivered in 3-5 weeks. I am going through every memory carefully and handling all of them with love!
Good things come to those who wait, right!
If you would like to print one of my pictures, just contact me and we will fix that.
What rights do we have to your photos?
You have full right to share and use the pictures for own use. The copyright belongs to me and rights to use the pictures for marketing purpose.
When you are sharing the pictures online, I wish to be tagged in the photo.
Selling pictures to a third party needs to be agreed on with both my client and me.
How do we pay and what do we pay for?
When booking me I will send a bill with the reservation fee (included in the price).
Rest of the bill will be sent to you a couple of weeks before the date!
Travel expenses 0,53€/km outside of Raasepori.
What If some of us gets sick?
If some of us gets sick, we will try our best to reschedule the session and try another day.
If it I get sick on a Wedding day, which we really hope never happens!!
If soo happens, I will contact my lovely collegues and get you another photographer that will make your day as lovely as you deserve it to be!
